What happened
Conditions, quality grades and release are separate. A receipt or restock must use an authorized appropriate condition.
How to fix it
- Read offered condition options. Receive returns into quarantine; use a released condition only after the required inspection and decision.
Retrying
Repeating the request unchanged will fail again. Correct the request first — the response tells you which part is wrong.
