Meykt is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs, companies, freelancers and other professional users. Use by consumers within the meaning of Sec. 13 German Civil Code is not intended. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

7. Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, under German law we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of corresponding infringements, we will remove such content without undue delay.

It helps if you include the exact address (URL) of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge (Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act).

We review every notice promptly, diligently and objectively, block or remove illegal content and inform you of our decision if you provide a contact address. The address info@meykt.com is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under Art. 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act; you can write to us in German or English.

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any liability for this third-party content.
