One order line that enters production. An order with four items is four production runs. Quantity stays inside the line — a run for ten units is still one run. It is counted when it starts for the first time, not when it is created.
Work already in progress can finish. New work can start again when the new month begins or when you add more allowance. Orders keep coming in during that time, so no data is lost.
For anything with real third-party cost: vectorization, AI translation in the kiosk, the assistant, and overflow for background removal and image repair. Vector checks and mockups run in the browser and cost nothing.
Every source that brings orders in: a shop connection, your API connection counted once regardless of the number of keys, and every automatic import source. Customer import from a table does not count.
Yes — one seat is one personal login. The owner uses the first one.
A small program runs on the production PC and controls the devices. The PC is the connected computer; its devices are the connected machines. Creating machine records is unlimited and free in every plan.
You choose a plan. If you do not, your data stays, but production and workflows pause. Nothing is deleted. The trial includes 14 days of Business.

Yes. Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing — anything above the new limit is paused and remains visible.
No, all prices are net. Tax is added at checkout and follows where your business is based — in Germany that is 19 % VAT. Meykt is sold to businesses, which is why this page shows net prices.
Billing runs through Paddle as the seller. You manage invoices and payment details there; Meykt shows your plan and usage. We announce price changes six weeks in advance.
