What happened
A confirmed ETA, applicable advance rule and open unallocated quantity are required.
How to fix it
- Read the inbound and confirmed ETA. Missing, overdue or disabled expectations cannot back a new promise.
Retrying
Repeating the request unchanged will fail again. Correct the request first — the response tells you which part is wrong.
