The connection already has ten active snapshots.
What happened
Parallel initial syncs are bounded per connection. Retrying the same request_id does not create an additional snapshot.
How to fix it
- Reuse an existing snapshot, close a completed position snapshot, or wait for expiry.
- Preserve the request_id after a lost response.
Retrying
You can repeat the identical request. Order creation is protected against duplicates, so a repeat can never create a second order.
