What happened
Another action changed the resource, or an update omitted the required current revision.
How to fix it
- Read the current resource, review the differences, then submit the intended change with its current revision and a new command identity.
Retrying
Repeating the request unchanged will fail again. Correct the request first — the response tells you which part is wrong.
